CDG Advisory is on a mission to share the knowledge and expertise that we’ve gathered through years of operating inside high growth startups. We are passionate about entrepreneurship and get excited by big ideas that don’t seem possible….at first. As part of our mission we will continuously add more free resources to the library on our website for founders to download and apply to their business. These will always be free in the spirit of fulfilling our mission to share knowledge. We offer a range of ways to help founders from our free resources to advising positions. Most of our engagements will start as a once a month 1:1 to give feedback on the GTM strategy and questions the founding team is thinking through. When we are equally as excited as the founder about a business, we will take a more active role in helping the founder build out their GTM playbook and execute on them. Since we continue to operate in our day jobs we limit this to a select number of companies to ensure we can dedicate the time and attention needed to make them successful.
